About VIP
Online gaming platforms offer many kinds of loyalty programs, but 9club's VIP Program is designed differently. Your progression is based on how active you are — the more you play, the higher you climb, and each new tier unlocks more valuable benefits.
9club's VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with its own set of benefits. Once you reach Platinum, you get a dedicated account manager, express withdrawals, and access to exclusive high-roller tournaments.
Thousands of members across Bangladesh play on 9club every day and enjoy VIP benefits. For regular players, this program offers a real advantage — you earn special rewards by accumulating points and the cashback rates are significantly higher.

Loyalty Points
9club's loyalty point system is straightforward. Every time you play a game or place a bet, a portion of each wager is credited to your account as points. You earn points across all game types — slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and more.
Accumulated points can be redeemed for bonus balance to keep playing. VIP tiers are reviewed at the end of each month based on your point total. If you're less active in a given month your tier may change, so staying consistently active is the way to go.
Participating in special events or tournaments can earn you double points. 9club regularly announces special points boost weeks where points are awarded at a higher rate than usual.
Every 1,000 points = BDT 50 bonus balance. Points can be redeemed once per week. A wagering requirement applies to bonus balance earned.
9club always puts responsible gaming first. The VIP Program is meant for enjoyment — it should never become a source of financial stress. Set your own limits and play within your budget. To learn more, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
